"This is THE book to buy on Horse Race Betting!"  If you want to learn everything important about betting on horses and you want to have fun doing it, this is the book to buy! I am a novice at betting, and this book helped me learn how to place bets and how to match my betting strategy to my own risk tolerance. The explanations were very clear and examples helped me understand aspects of betting that used to be mysterious to me. "The definitive book on winning simplified!"  This book was really a great read!!  The author simplified how to bet and win.  My husband always picks numbers and names he likes; I thought there must be something more reliable.  Now I win more than he does and he is extremely lucky.  I have read other books on how to race but this book was hands down more authoritative, creative and all encompassing.  This book was also fun to read; there are passages that really cracked me up! "Destined to be a tool of the trade!"  Obviously, this book is a must-read for the beginner horseplayer, but to know the know-it-all-wise guy such as myself, who thought he knew it all, it was a wakeup call! The book was a page-turner from cover to cover, as I rediscovered tips and angles that were once helpful, but that I had drifted away from using in practice.  Thanks to Kris and his book, my trips to the window have been more frequent and rewarding. Steve B., Long Island, NY
